mystics in medicine offers listeners an opportunity to hear Chaplain Nikki Kleinberg in pastoral conversation with people engaged in medicine. Guests are giving, receiving, or on the periphery of medical communities and various types of treatment.

Each episode offers a small sample of the human spirit that is driven toward healing, competence and connection.

mystics in medicine guests remain anonymous and include physicians, nurses, patients and families, security, researchers, educators and others who staff medical institutions or other healing centers, while carrying big feelings, meaningful stories, varying degrees of hope or plans, and observations. Episodes may include recipes, travel ideas, and song recommendations.

Nikki is trained in the care of souls, a ceremony officiant and board certified professional chaplain (Association of Professional Chaplains) with 20 years of experience in hospital, psychiatric and trauma chaplaincy, along with officiating and co-facilitating alternative and traditional ceremonies and rituals.
